BuddyPress is best plugin to turn your site into Social Network where users can share their activities, send messages and other bunch of fun. BuddyPress also allow users/admins to create Groups. Users can post updates in this group to share with other group members. Most of my client required to have BuddyPress Group File Share option.

How to enable it?
You really don’t need to enable it, it will automatically detect if the BuyddPress is installed and add some option while creating group using front end like screenshot below:
