    • OAuth Scopes Transparency: We only request the minimum required OAuth scopes (e.g., Google Sheets, Drive, Gmail) to enable the functionality of syncing orders and generating PDFs. The user is prompted to authorize only what is strictly necessary.
    • Secure Credential Handling: WooCommerce API credentials entered by the user are securely stored in the Google Sheet itself and are not shared or transmitted externally.
    • Limited Data Access: The add-on only accesses the specific spreadsheet where it is installed, and only the relevant order-related ranges are read or modified.
    • Gmail Usage (if enabled): When enabled by the user, the add-on uses gmail.send scope only to send the invoice PDF to the customer. No email content is logged, stored, or analyzed.
    • Revoking Access: Users can revoke access anytime through their Google Account Permissions.
    • Data Minimization & Retention: We do not collect or retain personal data beyond what is needed for functionality. You control and own your data.
