We are excited to announce the latest addition to our Bulk Product Sync (BPS) tool: the ability to update product prices and stock by SKU! This highly requested feature is designed to streamline your product management process and save you valuable time.
With BPS, managing your products using Google Sheets has never been easier. Now, with the new “SKU” sheet, you have a convenient way to update prices and stock quantities for your products using their SKUs instead of IDs.
The “SKU” sheet includes the following columns:
- SKU
- Regular Price
- Sale Price
- Manage Stock
- Stock Quantity
To update the prices and stock of your products, simply enter the SKU and the desired data in the corresponding columns. Once you have filled in the necessary information, click on the “By SKU” menu, and BPS will take care of the rest. Your product prices and stock quantities will be automatically updated based on the provided SKUs.
One of the great benefits of this new feature is its flexibility. If an SKU is not found in the sheet, it will be ignored, allowing you to focus on the products that require updates. Additionally, while fetching existing SKUs into the sheet is not currently available, we are actively working on adding this functionality in the near future.
Managing multiple sites with the same SKUs has never been easier. By utilizing BPS and Google Sheets, store managers can effortlessly synchronize and update product prices and stock across various platforms, saving a significant amount of time and effort.
