If you're generating and sending invoices for WooCommerce orders by hand — even with a template — it's a task that scales linearly with order volume and eats real time once you're past a handful of sales a day. From there, PDF invoices and shipping slips generate automatically using your choice of templates, saved straight to Google Drive so you've got a durable record without managing local files.
Invoices then send to customers automatically through your own Gmail account — real deliverability, not a third-party sending service you have to trust. And because it runs on a schedule, the entire pipeline (fetch → generate → send) can run unattended: new orders get invoiced and emailed without anyone opening the sheet.
You choose which order statuses trigger the pipeline — only send invoices for orders marked "completed," for example, not every pending order — along with invoice templates and email formatting. Built-in analytics give you visibility into sales trends and order patterns directly from the same data, rather than needing a separate reporting tool.
